Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

Myah services are provided by T3 Venture Labs Limited("Myah," "T3 Venture Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Myah website, web application, waitlist, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We are an early-stage company, so our product and operations will continue to evolve. We aim to keep this policy practical and accurate based on how Myah works today, and we will update it as our practices change.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways.

Information you provide directly

  • Account details such as your name, email address, password, timezone, and profile image
  • Messages, prompts, instructions, notes, memories, and other content you create in Myah
  • Files and documents you upload, connect, or ask Myah to process
  • Information you share when joining the waitlist, booking calls, requesting support, or contacting us
  • Workspace, configuration, and integration settings you choose to save

Information we collect automatically

We may automatically collect device, browser, and usage data such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, session details, and how you interact with the Services.

Information from connected services

If you connect third-party tools, we may receive the files, content, account identifiers, or metadata needed to provide the feature you requested. Based on the current Myah product, this may include services such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and AI model providers you use through the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to operate and improve Myah, including to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, and maintain sessions
  • Process chats, prompts, files, memories, and knowledge sources you ask Myah to handle
  • Enable product features such as AI assistance, automations, retrieval, and connected tools
  • Monitor performance, debug issues, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of our systems
  • Understand product usage and improve the reliability, safety, and usefulness of Myah
  • Communicate with you about support, operational notices, updates, and product changes
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable under laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR, we generally rely on the following bases to process personal information: performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us host, operate, secure, and support Myah
  • AI and infrastructure providers that process data to deliver the features you use
  • Connected third-party services you choose to authorize through your Myah workspace
  • Professional advisors, insurers, auditors, and corporate transaction counterparties
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety

6. Third-Party Services and AI Providers

Myah may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, observability, connected file sources, and AI functionality. Based on our current product setup, this may include providers used for large language models, file handling, logging, and cloud services. When you connect external services, you authorize us to access and use the data needed to carry out the actions you request. Those third-party services also govern their own environments under their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve your experience. The types of cookies we use include:

  • Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect information about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and interactions. Google Analytics sets cookies (including _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions. This data helps us understand website traffic and improve our services.
  • Essential cookies: These are necessary for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Some parts of the Services may not function properly without certain cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Because Myah is still evolving, exact retention periods may vary by feature, account status, and data type.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Myah may use providers and infrastructure located in multiple countries. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Request portability of your data

To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@myah.dev.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, product, or legal obligations. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date.
