01What is Myah?
Myah is a marketplace for performance UGC. You post a creator program, creators apply, you send samples and review their videos, and you run the ones you approve as Meta Partnership Ads. You pay creators a flat fee per approved video, a share of sales, or both.
02Who is Myah built for?
E-commerce, mobile app and SaaS brands that advertise on Meta and need a steady supply of creator video, especially in beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, fashion and supplements. Commission pay needs a Shopify store at launch; other brands can start with flat fees.
03How do I know what to pay creators?
You set one rule for the program: a flat fee per approved video, a percentage of sales, or both, with an optional cap per video. Creators see it before they apply, so there’s no rate negotiation with each creator.
04How do I find creators?
Creators build profiles with their location, niches and up to five portfolio videos. Browse and filter them, invite the ones you like with a short message, or let creators find your program and apply. You decide who joins.
05How do I run videos as ads?
When you approve a video, Myah bills you for the creator’s fee plus ours. Once payment clears, an ad kit unlocks: the video file, a tracking link, an ad name and the creator’s partnership ad code. You upload it in your own Meta Ads Manager. Launching from inside Myah is planned for later.
06How does commission tracking work?
Connect your Shopify store. Each approved video gets a tracking link and, if you like, a discount code. Orders that come through them become pending commission (the creator’s rate on the order subtotal). The last click within 7 days counts and refunds reverse it. After a 30-day hold, commission is billed weekly. You and the creator see the orders behind every figure. Sales Shopify can’t see, such as some cross-device purchases, don’t earn commission.
07How do creators get paid?
You never pay creators directly. Myah bills you and pays creators in a weekly payout run. Flat fees are billed when you approve a video; commission is billed weekly once it clears its hold. If you lower a rate, it applies to creators already in your program after 30 days; a raise applies immediately.
08How much does Myah cost?
Myah is free to start, with no subscription. You pay a platform fee on top of what you pay creators, and it never comes out of their earnings. On commission pay it’s 1.5% of the sales your creators drive, so $10,000 in attributed sales costs $150 in fees. On flat-fee pay it’s 1.5% of the creator’s fee, so a $400 video costs you $6 in fees. Pay based on ad spend, which needs our Meta integration, will be 1.25% of spend. Fees are never stacked, and payment processing fees may apply.
09Who owns the videos?
Creators keep ownership. When you approve a video and payment clears, you get the right to use it in your marketing; until then you can only review it. Our full terms will be published before launch.
10How do I get early access?
Click Join early access and create your brand account. That’s all it takes: your account puts you on the early-access list. Add your brand details while you wait, and we’ll tell you as soon as you can open your first program.
11Is Myah live?
Not yet. We’re opening sign-ups first, so profiles and programs are ready when the marketplace goes live. Create your account to join early access and we’ll tell you as soon as it opens. Expect a few rough edges at the start; your feedback decides what we fix first.
